Job Description:
- Gain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders

achieve shared success.
- Responsible for strategic planning, roadmap creation, and
feature definition of a product.
- Participate and lead tactical execution to help build a robust
product that meets the industry's best practices and focuses on
standardizations.
- Works directly with senior leadership to ensure best-in-class
architecture, solutioning, and product support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment and
brings a sense of urgency & attention to detail.
- Escalates potential issues in a timely fashion and seeks paths
for resolution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage
expectations.Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Coordination:
- Gain insights into opportunities and drive efficient ways to
create avenues to drive solution.
- Transform strategic objectives to product roadmap with clear
timelines to help organization make meaningful decisions.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand and analyze
business requirements, problem statements, and design gaps in
existing process to provide scope & solutions that align with
organization's Architectural landscape tools.
- Guides and prioritizes requirements across different process
areas and development teams.
- Publish objectives, metrics, and analytics to underscore the
value of the product.
- Manage and groom enhancements and product backlog.
- Execution and delivery
- Develop a highly valued product thru SQDC framework and
objectively measured through metrics.
- Focus on documentation with high quality deliverables and with
proper change control.
- Engage in stand-up meetings, testing, and product
demonstrations.
- Recognize pros, cons, challenges, and dependencies with user
stories, features, and enhancements.
- Drive standardization and best practices across solution
building.
- Familiar with the concepts of SDLC with proficiency in mapping
business requirements into technical documentation, application
design and development, and troubleshooting for information systems
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Seeks avenues for personal growth and acquire pertinent
skills.
- Keeps a close tab on research, competition, and best-in-class
methodology.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years of experience with relevant digital platforms,
preferably for an omni-channel B2B enterprise.
- Prior knowledge across order management platforms is necessary
to drive harmonized processes.
- Previous experience working in various stages of product
development lifecycles - Implementation, Enhancements and
Support.
- Experience in Quote to cash process across both frontend
(Quote/order entry) and backend (order execution) and all other
financial processes is an added benefit.
- Ability to drive work in Waterfall as well as Agile models
during product build is a plus.
- Bachelors or similar educational qualification.Benefits
