Location: Green Bay, WI, USAShift: 1st ShiftWork model: On-SiteSchedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pmJob overview: Schneider is seeking a Financial Analyst in Green Bay to provide in-depth analysis on a broad spectrum of operational and financial issues. The Financial Analyst will also play a key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes and give financial support to different areas of the organization. Responsibilities:

• Understand the operating procedures and policies of various departments and recommend improvement plans.
• Analyze department expenditures for reasonableness and recommend cost reduction opportunities.
• Develop decision support tools that can enhance departments' understanding of their cost structures and drivers.
• Prepare monthly reports and narratives.
• Participate in ongoing financial initiatives, including planning, budgeting and reporting. Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
  • MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Two to four years of finance experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of automated financial systems, including Oracle.
