Infectious Disease opening in Green Bay, WIFull-time;
PermanentEmployed Position Summary Health System located in
beautiful Green Bay Wisconsin is recruiting to add an additional
BE/BC Fellowship trained Infectious Disease physician to join our
team Practice opportunity full time, 40 hours per week. Combination
of inpatient and outpatient practice. Adult patient population.
Average number of ambulatory patients per day: 8. Average number of
hospital patients per day: 20. Participation in regional outreach.
WI & MI license required. EMR: Epic. Call 1:3 - every 3rd week and
weekend. Compensation & Benefits Base compensation.
Production-based compensation. Variable bonus compensation.
Compensation for supervision. Relocation allowance up to $12,000.
CME: $5,000 per fiscal year plus 80 hours of paid time off. CTO:
264 hours of paid time off per fiscal year. Short & long-term
