CORE JOB DUTIES Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and reconciliation. Supervise and mentor the AP team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Develop and implement AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and analyze AP reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial operations. Monitor and manage AP aging reports, ensuring timely payments and minimizing overdue invoices. Lead AP-related projects and initiatives to enhance the department's performance. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
