a highly motivated Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our
finance team. The ideal candidate will have a background in
financial analysis, strategic planning, and a keen interest in the
biotech sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to
provide accurate financial insights, support decision-making
processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the
organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed
financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Work closely with department heads to understand
project/program-specific financial requirements and ensure
alignment with overall company goals. Conduct comprehensive
financial analyses, identifying trends, opportunities, and
potential risks. Provide actionable insights to senior management
to drive informed decision-making. Monitor and analyze financial
performance against budget and forecast, investigating and
explaining variances. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop
strategies for optimizing financial outcomes. Assist in the
development and implementation of financial strategies to support
long-term business objectives. Evaluate potential investment
opportunities and assess their financial viability. Prepare and
present financial reports to management, highlighting key
performance indicators and financial metrics. Ensure accuracy and
transparency in financial reporting processes. Collaborate with
various departments, including R& D, operations, and clinical ops,
to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment with
corporate objectives. Provide financial guidance and support for
strategic initiatives and projects. Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3 years experience
