Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas and we’re looking to add a Mail Coordinator to our team. The Mail Coordinator helps ensure that completed jobs make their mail dates by coordinating and accounting for all mail leaving the facility. In this role you will: Read, understand, and follow job instructions Assist in managing the daily mail schedule to enter mail stream Assist in stamp inventory management on a monthly and job by job basis Help customer service to open permits and retain postage information Monitor the status of all outbound jobs on the daily mailing schedule using internal software Work closely with the Lettershop supervisors and mail team to prioritize outbound mail Perform other tasks as assigned by manager, supervisors or department leads Education and Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Basic math skills (ability to calculate postage) Basic computer skills, MS Office (Excel) and Outlook) Willingness to learn USPS regulations Must be organized individual, maintain a neat work area, and communicate well with others This full-time position includes the following benefits: Medical coverage Dental and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k saving plan with company match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays
