Order Management Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our
operation, making sure every treadmill, squat rack, and smart
accessory gets from our production floor to our customers without a
hitch. You’ll coordinate between sales, logistics, and
manufacturing teams to keep orders accurate, shipments on schedule,
and customers excited about their new gear. The ideal candidate for
this role is detail-driven and organized with an enthusiasm for
providing great customer experience. Responsibilities: - Process
and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring
accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery details. - Coordinate
with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to confirm product
availability, shipment timelines, and special-order requirements. -
Monitor order status daily, proactively identifying delays or
discrepancies and resolving issues to maintain on-time delivery
performance. - Validate order documentation including purchase
orders, invoices, and shipping confirmations. - Communicate order
updates to customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining
transparency and strong customer relationships throughout the order
lifecycle. - Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring
records are up-to-date and accurate. Qualifications: - At least 6
months’ experience in similar order processing, customer service,
or support role. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and
experience using ERP or CRM systems preferred. - Strong written and
verbal communication skills with ability to develop and maintain
customer relationships. - Excellent attention to detail and keen
eye for accuracy. - Commitment to providing positive customer
experience through accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
