Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Maintenance Manager Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and leadership potential who is ready to grow into a management role. You’ll work closely with senior maintenance staff to learn the ins and outs of facility and equipment upkeep while developing your skills for future leadership. Key Responsibilities: Assist in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery Learn to manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and team coordination Support troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Ensure equipment and work areas meet safety and operational standards Participate in training and development activities to prepare for a manager-level role Qualifications: 1–3 years of maintenance, mechanical, or related hands-on experience Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical drawings Good communication and teamwork skills Supervisory or leadership interest is a plus High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay: $22–$27 DOE Full benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities Apply Today: If you're ready to build a long-term career in maintenance management, apply now and take the first step toward a leadership role.
