visual brand presence. Job Description The Facilities Maintenance
Technician I position is responsible for performing a variety of
maintenance tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as
part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Repair & Maintenance : Unit
wall repairs including OSB and drywall replacement Break-in
response Door repairs General Plumbing Light Electrical General
Power Washing and Painting Assisting Maintenance II technicians
with safety and difficult tasks. Abandoned Goods : Sorting, moving,
and disposal of abandoned goods. Landscaping : Tree / bush
trimming, seasonal clean-up, basic grounds maintenance Reporting :
Identifying and reporting needed repairs to ensure timely
maintenance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to transport, lift and move items up to 50lbs Minimum of 1
year of experience in maintenance or a related field. Basic
knowledge of pest control methods and equipment. Experience with
power washing equipment. Strong organizational and problem-solving
skills. Ability to learn and be proficient in leaning new vendor
software applications Ability to work independently and as part of

Information Compensation Hourly Pay Range : $19.23 - $23.55
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number
of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills,
competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of
our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to
compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role
may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.
