Pay Scale: Union Pay Benefits: Union Benefits Schedule: Monday Through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm Full-Time Overtime available Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 1 year of HVAC Commercial Service experience Universal EPA Certification Follow all Safety Rules Rooftop service and maintenance experience RTU experience a plus Ability to follow instructions both verbal and written Ability to diagnose, repair and provide preventative maintenance on a wide range of commercial equipment Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Air balancing principles, techniques and diagnostics Customer Service Skills High school Diploma or equivalent Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
