Handle Essentials: Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and collect fees. What Sets You Apart 6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST! Has knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing Experience with platforms like YARDI, Entrada, Onsite, RealPage, or Knock is a big plus. Tax Credit/Section 8 HUD Experience? Even better! A track record of high energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic that inspires others.
