site engineers, superintendents, and foremen, toward achieving
financial and operational success. Serve as the primary point of
coordination for clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal
stakeholders. Manage the entire project lifecycle — including
budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk mitigation, and quality
assurance. Oversee change orders, progress meetings, and
stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment.
Ensure a positive working environment that fosters collaboration,
accountability, and exceptional customer service. Provide hands-on
technical guidance to resolve challenges and ensure project
compliance with design and performance standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or
completion of a relevant apprenticeship program combined with 2–4
years of field and managerial experience; alternatively, 6–8 years
of progressive experience in a construction-related position.
Strong financial and contractual acumen, with the ability to manage
complex scopes and budgets. Excellent communication, interpersonal,
and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate,
and drive team performance. PMP certification or equivalent is a
plus, but not required. A track record of delivering high-value
projects with integrity, efficiency, and innovation. Compensation &
