What You'll Do:

Identify and solve production problems that negatively impact product quality and/or throughput
Direct major equipment overhauls and audits
Conduct training sessions for supervisors and mechanics on equipment operation and set up
Work with suppliers to specify, develop, and debug new products, production equipment, and manufacturing lines
Assist in the design and modification of complex tooling required to produce new and innovative products
Conduct equipment buyoffs to ensure capability, efficiencies, and product specifications are met

What you need to have:

High School diploma required; BS in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering preferred
6+ months of proven mechanical experience required
Skilled with computer software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
Willingness to travel 30% of the time or as needed
Experience with oxidizers or ovens a plus
