Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking
a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Cost Segregation
Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an
experienced professional with a strong background in engineering,
construction, and tax depreciation who is passionate about
delivering high-impact results for clients across various

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or
related field); Master’s degree or PE license is a plus. 2 years of
experience in cost segregation experience. Strong understanding of
MACRS depreciation, IRS Tangible Property Regulations, and tax
depreciation rules. Proficiency in reading and interpreting
construction documents, blueprints, and cost estimates. Excellent
analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills Experience with fixed asset software and tax
depreciation tools. Familiarity with LEED certification or
energy-efficient tax incentives (e.g., 179D, 45L). Familiarity with
RSMeans, AutoCAD, or similar estimating and design tools. Ability
