CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift & 3rd Shifts are Available Direct Hire
Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC
Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part
of the Fabrication Department supporting production operations. The
ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to
detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $26.49 / depending on experience Shift: Both 2nd and 3rd
Shifts Are Available What's the Job? Operate and maintain CNC mills
and lathes to produce precision parts and components. Select and
install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for
each job. Read blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accurate
manufacturing processes. Perform basic machine maintenance,
including lubrication and debris removal. Inspect finished parts to
meet quality standards and document production activities. What's
Needed? Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a solid
understanding of operation, programming, and maintenance. Ability
to read blueprints and setup sheets accurately. Proficiency in CAD
software, G-code programming, and use of precision measuring tools.
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or
associate’s degree preferred. Own basic hand tools and rolling
