installing, and servicing advanced security systems that protect

innovative, resilient, and customized protection. We are hiring for
an experienced Security Installation Project Lead located near the
Waukesha, WI area. Reporting directly to the Service and Install
Manager, this is a role for a highly technical, customer-focused
rockstar with years of experience working in the commercial
security systems field. In this role you will • Use approved
project documents and maps to properly and efficiently install and
service all Toepfer security solutions. • Assist with planning the
installation of a project • Close out projects after completion and
quality assurance • Responsible for connection of control panels,
application requirements, wire concealment, and security software
installation • Train technicians; provide feedback to Service &
Install Manager on performance of techs • Software programming and
testing, including while on job sites • Locksmith work, as needed.
• Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans,
and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and
installation procedures have been met. • Direct crews on projects
of various sizes • Conduct routine maintenance of installed
equipment. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on
installation jobs. • Train customers in proper use and navigation
of equipment. • Maintain proper documentation on all work performed
and equipment used in accordance with established policies. • Check
completed installations for quality and provide feedback • Complete
Daily Project Reports • Keep informed of new products and
developments. • Maintain client privacy and confidentiality. •
Perform a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined
and assigned as needed. You've got what it takes if you have •
Current driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) • Ability
to pass a state and federal background check to obtain industry
licenses and security clearance. • Must pass pre-employment and
random drug screens. • Flexible schedule. Must be available for
nights/weekend work, as well as out of town – overnight travel, as
needed. • A high level of experience & proficiency in electronics
troubleshooting, including lead teams and providing feedback to
other technicians. • Strong organizational skills that reflect
ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to
detail. • Possess a dedication to working in a fast-paced
environment. • 7 Years technology experience in access control,
video surveillance, and/or alarm/intrusion detection experience,
such as SoftwareHouse, AXIS, Kantech, Bosch, Genetec, ExacqVision,
etc. (preferred) • Security industry certifications would be a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair other electronic components,
including relays, computer hardware, and other CCTV equipment (both
network and analog) • Operate hand tools and equipment necessary to
perform all associated tasks. • Demonstrate proficiency in reading
and understanding electrical schematics, site maps and drawings,
and related documents associated with the installation and service
of security systems. • Present a professional image both in
personal and vehicle appearance. • Must be able to climb ladders
and work on lifts as needed. • Must be able to lift at least 50
