Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Machinist and Programmer Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist with programming experience to join our forward-thinking shop. You will set up, program, and operate CNC mills with precision, interpreting detailed blueprints to ensure every part meets exacting tolerances. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills according to part prints and programs. Interpret engineering drawings and verify dimensions using appropriate tools. Adjust offsets and tooling as needed using G- and M-code knowledge. Maintain accuracy and quality through all stages of production. Enter production data accurately into the ERP system. Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to solve setup and process issues. Perform other machining-related tasks as directed. Essential Skills Proven experience as a CNC setup machinist on mills with FANUC control experience. Strong understanding of G- and M-code fundamentals. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and manufacturing documentation. Commitment to precision, safety, and maintaining a clean work environment. Reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Mastercam. Manual Lathe operation and setup. Manual Mill operation and setup.
