a high-impact leadership position overseeing a large-scale parts
department with more than $1.5 million in inventory. You’ll play a
key role in supporting our robust wholesale program and busy

dealership parts operations Ford parts experience will put you on
top of the list Prior experience as a Parts Manager (or ready to
step into the role) Strong leadership skills and a track record of

Kayser Ford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to
join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will oversee the
parts department, ensuring efficient operations, inventory
management, and exceptional customer service. This role demands
strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to
supporting the overall success of our dealership. Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including
inventory control and order fulfillment. Supervise and train parts
staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain
operational efficiency. Coordinate with service and sales
departments to meet customer needs and ensure proper parts
availability. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales,
and purchases. Develop and implement strategies to increase parts
sales and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with company policies and
industry regulations. Build and maintain relationships with
suppliers and vendors. Requirements Proven experience as a Parts
Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong
knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient
with computer applications related to parts management and sales
reporting. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education
or certifications are a plus. Benefits Competitive salary ranging
from $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
