Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401K Plan Paid Training Paid Holidays Employee discounts on products and services Competitive Wages Growth Opportunities Promote From Within Above average industry pay Holiday Parties & Celebration Company Picnics Heavily involved in giving back to the community Base salary Commission Job Responsibilities : As a Mobile Service Technician, you will write up repair orders via mobile tablet, provide highest level of customer service, conduct mobile services with fully equipped Ford Mobile Van Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments Engage with several customers each day and represent Stevens Point Auto Center Warmly greet and engage with customers Consult customer on mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner Perform a multi-point inspection Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in a clean and efficient manner Commit to leave-no-trace clean up Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of the new technology and techniques on the vehicle model lines. Be a part of an amazing, cutting-edge team working to revolutionize the way we deliver our service experience Qualifications: Previous experience as an automotive technician Valid Driver License and acceptable driving record Team oriented, flexible, high energy and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Ability to navigate a tablet for repair orders and inspections Ford certified, base level tech B/C Basic Electrical knowledge preferred We are looking for someone who is self-motivated automotive technician who is personable, dependable, and trustworthy.
