Job Description Job Description Description Production Support Provide hands-on engineering support for press brakes and laser cutting equipment. Troubleshoot machine, tooling, setup, and quality issues. Maintain and improve work instructions, setup sheets, and SOPs. Assist operators and supervisors with technical guidance and process improvements. Ensure processes meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. Process Engineering Create and maintain routings, BOMs, and process documentation. Optimize laser cutting parameters and material utilization. Improve press brake forming processes, tooling, and setups. Identify and implement cost, quality, and throughput improvements. Quoting & Job Support Review customer drawings to support accurate quoting. Develop labor, machine time, and material estimates. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance on competitive quotes. New Product Introduction (NPI) Support launch of new fabrication jobs. Validate processes through first-article and trial runs. Ensure documentation, tooling, and programs are ready for production release. Quality & Compliance Investigate nonconformances and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with internal standards (IATF, ISO) and customer requirements. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sheboygan, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
