Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Claims Initiatives to support the SVP, Chief Claims Officer.
Key Responsibilities

Provide analysis, recommendations, and strategic insight on claims-related initiatives
Lead and oversee high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
Analyze key claims performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in property insurance, operations, or consulting
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Expertise in project management with a proven track record of executing large-scale initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities
