• Architect and own the technology roadmap-make sure it moves the business, not just the servers.

        • Executive-level leadership in the MSP world.
        • Built or led teams of 60+ with 6-10 direct reports.
        • 3-5 years of actual engineering under your belt.
        • Deep experience in cyber security, cloud, and infrastructure.You bring the mindset:
          • Big-picture thinker who executes.
          • Fierce communicator-can pitch to a board or break it down for a junior tech.
