• Dive deep into the world of darts leagues and tournaments-talk to operators, analyze usage data, and uncover unmet needs.
• Own the product vision for league & tournament software and turn it into an actionable roadmap.
• Define and prioritize features that simplify operations, boost engagement, and deliver measurable value to our customers.
• Translate insights into clear user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to bring features to life.
• Advocate for the customer at every stage of development and launch.
• Track adoption, gather feedback, and iterate based on real-world performance.
• Partner with internal teams to support product rollouts, training, and continuous improvements.Your profile:4+ years of product management experience-ideally in web-based software.
  • Strong background in discovery, roadmap planning, and shipping customer-facing features.
  • A hands-on mindset with excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable breaking down complex challenges and presenting ideas clearly-both visually and verbally.
  • Confident working across disciplines and leading projects from concept to release.
  • Passionate about user experience, design thinking, and solving real problems for real users.
  • Curious, collaborative, and motivated by impact.
