Position Overview
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Vice
President, Chief People Officer is responsible for overseeing the
development and execution of a value-added human capital strategy
in support of LISC's overall mission, vision, business strategy,
and core values. The SVP, Chief People Officer oversees and directs
the organization's human resources functions including talent
management, change management, organizational performance
management, employee engagement, training, learning and
development, benefits, succession planning, internal communications
and culture initiatives.

COMPENSATION
LISC offers a competitive salary ($212,000-$278,000) and excellent
fringe benefits. Some domestic travel is required, estimated at
-25% annually
*Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not
limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work
location and other qualifications.
