We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background supporting post-mortem projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in change and release processes working on similar post-mortem initiatives. This will be focused on the Charlotte Data Center Exit which is in its final stages and has many eyes on it!



Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple initiatives, including change management
Collaborate with stakeholders including leadership, engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
Produce high-quality presentations and deliverables, including status updates, project plans, and milestone documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with cross-functional teams and other internal/external stakeholders
Escalate risks and roadblocks effectively, ensuring appropriate communication with leadership and stakeholders.
Utilize ITSM and CMDB
Create and maintain project plans using tools like Clarity
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing blockers and escalating issues as needed.
Develop post-mortem reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable next steps.



Qualifications:

Proven track record of leading post-mortem or retrospective projects, with strong focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Experience implementing projects used on incident response and DR
Strong skills in presentation creation, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with experience tracking milestones and deliverables
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and highly communicative work style
