Enjoy our video series featuring our own Manager of Patient Care, Andre Pells: -Heart Care Unit - Patient Care Manager -Schedule Details: -PMs and Nights available - Can vary around school schedule and availability.This is NOT a summer only or temporary position. - -Pay: From $18/hour (Nurse Intern I) - - -What You Will Do:Under the -supervision of -the registered nurse, the Nurse Intern will -assist the -nursing team with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of patients. Assists patients with personal hygiene, dressing, walking. -Changes bed linens and assists with patient transportation to tests and procedures. May serve and collect food trays and provide patients with between-meal nourishment. May record temperature or vital signs under the direction of a nurse. - -What You Will Need:

• -Be a nursing student -having completed a minimum of one - 16 hour clinical rotation in an RN program.
• Be currently enrolled in an accredited school of nursing.
• Current employees must have an overall -highly valued rating on their last performance review.
• Be available for New Employee Welcome (NEW) -and participate in Clinical team Orientation (CTO).
• Must have a strong interest in customer service, able to multi task, work independently with little -supervision. -
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care and able to demonstrate compassion at the end of life.
