The Opportunity DescriptionWe're looking for a Med/Surg Registered Nurse, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Burlington, Wisconsin, United States.

Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Experience Required for Your Success
- 1-2 years' experience as RN Tele
- IV, lab draw, Chest tube, c-pap / bi-pap
- WI or Compact RN License
- Active BLS, NIHSS
