Job Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate experiential therapy sessions.
Coordinate and plan therapy programs to meet client needs.
Maintain therapy environments for safety and supplies.
Demonstrate knowledge of intervention strategies to maintain client safety.
Complete therapeutic documentation according to company policy. Education/Training Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in art, music, dance, recreation, or related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certification/registration through appropriate credentialing board preferred.
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
- Formal training in management of aggressive behavior and self-defense.
