Job Description:
Seeking a part-time LPN or RN for day shifts (6am-6:30pm,
12-hour shifts) with alternating weekends and holidays.
Offering a $2/hour weekend shift differential.
Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, including
resident assessments, medication administration, and care plan
updates.
Must have an active ND LPN license or be able to obtain one; LTC
experience preferred.
Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and maintains
accurate electronic documentation.
Provides resident and family education, supports staff training,
and reports incidents promptly.
Participates in resident care planning, staff supervision, and
ongoing skill development.
Performs additional tasks as needed in a team-oriented
environment.
