Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Internal Medicine Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Position Title: RN – Internal Medicine Department: 7NT Internal Medicine Location: 9200 West Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53226 Skills & Experience: Required: Clinical competence in caring for acute care patients Knowledge of nursing theory and practice, typically acquired via an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: None specified Education: Required: Associate’s degree in Nursing Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Licenses & Certifications: Required: Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State NLC License AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) or AHA-approved equivalent Contract & Schedule Information: Start Date: July 7, 2025 End Date: October 3, 2025 Contract Type: Travel Shift: 3rd shift (Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Hours: 36 hours/week | 12 hours/day | 3 days/week Schedule Notes: This is for a new 11-bed Med Surg Tele unit Requires Med Surg/Tele experience Must be available to float as needed Every other weekend required No on-call required Color Vision and Fit Test required Scrubs: Navy blue bottoms, any top Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a designated group of adult patients in an inpatient setting.
