Job Description PS Companies is seeking a travel Surgical Technician for a travel job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Surgical Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 08/04/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position Title: Surgical Tech 2 Department: SURGERY Job Summary: - Collaborates with the surgical team as a member of the healthcare team to provide patient care, ensuring alignment with patient goals and hospital mission. - Performs surgical procedures across multiple specialties, demonstrating a broad base of knowledge and technical skills. - Exhibits advanced collaboration with peers to support decision-making in surgical patient care. - Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist. Education Requirements (must meet one of the following): - High School diploma or GED and one of the following: - Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program - Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist - Completion of Froedtert Health's Apprentice II Program - 10 years of experience as a Surgical Tech Certification Required: - American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or equivalent) About PS Companies PS Companies is staffing firm based in West Allis, WI.
