Average 1 surgery per day 100% hospital-based practice Patient mix:
95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult Performs complex cardiac and
thoracic procedures No ER call required Less than 1% trauma cases
Handles congenital defects and valvular repairs Paid malpractice
insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses Assignment details
