Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Telemetry Location: West Bend, WI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,550 to $2,570 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Cardiac Tele RN in West Bend, Wisconsin, 53095! Deliver direct patient care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring to patients with conditions such as MI, CHF, COPD, stroke, and stable arrhythmias . Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the care team. Collaborate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and patient families to ensure coordinated care. Accurately document patient care, assessments, and responses in the EMR system. Support and educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge processes. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards. Preferred Experience: Prior travel nursing experience. Licensure & Certifications Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Wisconsin or Multistate Compact License (NLC) . American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA-approved equivalent). AHA ACLS (HeartCode) certification required. Preferred: No additional certifications required, though advanced cardiac or telemetry certification is a plus.
