Nurse Practitioner | Occupational Medicine Location: Milwaukee, WI Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Quick Facts Profession: MD/NP/PA Specialty: Occupational Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Wisconsin (Multiple facilities) Reason for Need: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Service Setting: Outpatient Shifts needed to be filled: - May 19-23 - Milwaukee Brown Deer, WI - May 20 - Green Bay, WI - May 23 - Milwaukee Airport, WI Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Shift Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM Ave. no. of patients per physician per day: 20-25 (all adults) Support Staff: Full office staff EMR: Occuflex Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active WI license and DEA BLS/CPR, DOT/NCRME certificate Certificate of Insurance (Col) Responsibilities: Diagnosing & treating work-related injuries Performing pre-placement DOT Public safety and surveillance physical examinations Outpatient procedures: Splinting, Suturing, Ability to Read & Interpret X-rays, Ability to Diagnose Orthopedic Injuries, No Casting, Anything Embedded in the Eye will be Referred Out DOT and Pre-Employment Physicals & On-the-job Injuries
