Head and Neck Surgeon/ Otolaryngologist Rush Copley Medical
Center Aurora, IL Rush University Medical Center, a nationally
recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching
hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, located in downtown
Chicago, invites applications for the position of Otolaryngologist,
with head and neck cancer subspecialty training, to be primarily
based at Rush Copley Medical Center . The Department of
Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery is seeking a head and
neck surgeon to provide high-quality patient care to the diverse
community of the greater Fox Valley region at Rush Copley Medical
Center. Fellowship training in head and neck surgical oncology is
preferred. The candidate will have an opportunity to build a
thriving community practice that encompasses a full breadth of
otolaryngology with a subspecialty focus in head and neck cancer.
Rush Copley Medical Center, a 210-bed community hospital in Aurora,

collaborate closely with four fellowship-trained head and neck
cancer surgeons that practice across the health system and
contribute to the academic missions of the section. This is an

Highlights: · Clinical Focus: Provide high-quality patient care in
head and neck cancer and comprehensive otolaryngology. · Effort
Allocation: 80% of time spent at Rush Copley Medical Center and 20%
of time spent at Rush University Medical Center. · Community
Impact: Serve the greater Fox Valley region, delivering
compassionate and patient-centered care. · Collaborative Team: Join
a section of four fellowship-trained head and neck surgeons. ·
Research Engagement: Participate in research projects within the
head and neck division, contributing to academic publications and
clinical advancements. · Education and Mentorship: Instruct medical
students, residents, and fellows, advancing Rush’s academic
mission. Candidate Qualifications: · MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
· Board eligibility or certification in Otolaryngology – Head and
Neck Surgery. · Fellowship trained in head and neck surgery
desired. · Experience or strong interest in head and neck cancer

that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for
our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of
factors that are considered in making compensation decisions
including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant
experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure;
primary work location; and other business and organizational
factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee,
and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this
role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding
productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on
and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a
comprehensive benefits package. Pay Range : $450,000 - $675,000
