Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Chicago, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,861 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: 2 years of recent acute care experience in Medical Surgical License: Must hold a current nursing license Certifications: BLS required, NIHSS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Must live within 75 miles of the facility Description: Position: RN Medical Surgical Shift: 3x12s, 7 PM - 7:30 AM No block scheduling allowed. Mandatory floating within scope may be required. Every other weekend required, with 2 weekends per month. RTO policy allows for a maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No holiday RTO permitted. No RTO the day prior or following a holiday. Local candidates are preferred. All clinicians must be prepared to float as needed within 50 miles of the facility. Trained staff will receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. Refusal to float could result in cancellation. Compliance with floating requirements is essential. Returning resources will undergo full recredentialing and reorientation. Candidates must provide all required documentation in a timely manner.
