hours per week. Shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 AM –
5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the

Occupational Therapy Hand and Upper Extremity Fellow (OT) to: /n /n
- /n Attend and participate in didactic education designed to
advance clinical reasoning and pattern recognition in the hand and
upper extremity. /n - /n Challenge your own clinical decision
making through constructive feedback in didactic units, case
presentations and scholarly inquiry. /n - /n Form alliances with
patients and their families with the common goal of optimizing
function following acute injuries, cumulative and non-traumatic
injuries, and surgical procedures related to hand and upper
extremity impairments. /n - /n Expand knowledge and interventional
skills in lymphedema. /n - /n Collaborate on a weekly basis with
advanced practitioners and board certified, fellowship trained
orthopedic and plastic surgeons. /n - /n Treat a variety of pre-
and post-operative upper extremity conditions while being mentored
by staff. /n - /n Collaborate with other providers in coordinating
patient and family care across multiple services. /n /n /n Please

Graduate of an accredited, entry-level degree program
(Baccalaureate or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required /n - /n
Credentialed by National Board of Certification for Occupational
Therapists (NBCOT) Required /n - /n Must obtain NPI number prior to
starting the fellowship program Required /n /n Work Experience /n
/n - /n 1 year of prior relevant experience Preferred /n /n
Licenses & Certifications /n /n - /n Licensure as an Occupational
Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required /n - /n
