– ENT/Eyes/Plastics – Wisconsin Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Madison, Wisconsin Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour day/evening shifts, Monday –
Friday, 9:40 AM – 10:10 PM, with weekend call responsibilities
Highlights: Advanced specialty surgical cases across ENT,
ophthalmology, and plastic/reconstructive surgery Complex
procedures including DIEP flap reconstruction, cochlear implants,
vitrectomy, open globe repair, and free flap microvascular surgery
State-of-the-art equipment including Constellation, Stryker
Navigation, Pentero microscope, and NIM nerve monitoring systems
Work at a Magnet-designated academic medical center ranked 1 in
Wisconsin Epic EMR charting system Approximately 40 hours of
orientation provided Requirements: Active Wisconsin RN license or
compact state license from permanent address state (must be in hand
at time of submittal) Minimum 2 years acute care perioperative
nursing experience within the last 3 years CNOR certification
preferred BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart
Association required Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma
Level I experience preferred Proficiency with Epic charting system
required Experience with ENT, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery
procedures strongly preferred Must pass telemetry competency exam
prior to start date Candidate's permanent address must be at least
50 miles from the facility Flu vaccine required (medical/religious
