Description Position Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)/
Caregiver Position Location: Jefferson St. Coletta, a leader in
providing residential, vocational, and educational services to
adults with developmental disabilities, has an excellent employment
opportunity for 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional/Caregiver in

As a 3rd Shift DSP/Caregiver in one of our Jefferson programs, you
will assist clients in the areas of daily living skills, provide
personal cares, and prepare for the following day by packing
lunches and housework as needed. In this role, you may be required
to perform other duties such as transporting clients locally
(Jefferson/Fort Atkinson and surrounding area), completing and
maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe
environment. Don’t have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF-related
experience? We provide all the paid classroom and on-the-job

driver’s license with a driving record that meets the standards set
forth by the organization and valid vehicle insurance. Ability to
complete and maintain all required training in accordance with
organizational, County, State, and Federal regulations. Driving
Requirements: This position requires that an employee is able to
drive for work purposes and must maintain a valid driver’s license
with a driving record that meets the standards set forth by the
