Adaptability is essential, as floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Specialized experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing. Proficiency with electronic medical record systems, specifically EPIC. Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Participate in floating assignments within the same discipline across local campuses as needed. Job Type and Schedule: Contract position with an orientation schedule aligned to the facilitys calendar. Expected to work 36-40 hours per week, with overtime hours applicable after 40. Shift differentials and multipliers apply for overtime, holidays, callbacks, on-call, charge, and precepting roles.
