Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An onsite
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an
elementary school in Dekalb, IL for the current school year (CSY).
This full-time, W-2 contract position offers a flexible schedule
aligned with school hours (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and allows the
professional to select their preferred caseload, working with early
childhood, elementary, or a mixed K-8 group of students. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to a
caseload of approximately 35-40 students. Support students in
various educational settings, including resource, general
education, and self-contained classrooms. Deliver individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Collaborate with
educators and parents to foster student progress. Maintain accurate
documentation and compliance with school policies. For Clinical
Fellows (CF), receive on-site supervision and professional support.
Qualifications and Experience: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a
Professional Educator License (PEL) to work as a Speech Language
Pathologist in schools. Credentialed as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or with
relevant pediatric/educational experience. Previous experience in
school settings is preferred but not mandatory; pediatric
experience is also acceptable. New graduates completing their
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply. Benefits and
