Physical Therapist Location: Beaver Dam, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,746 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT (Physical Therapy) Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Must have strong orthopedic skills. For inpatient PT, school experience will be accepted. For outpatient PT, must have 1 year of PT clinic/outpatient experience. Prefer dry needling certifications. Prefer neuro experience. Need a well-rounded candidate to work with various specialties. First-time travelers are accepted. Travel duos/pairs are open. Description: Department: Physical Therapy. of patients treated per day: 12 to 16. Common diagnoses/types of patients: Orthopedic and neuro. Care settings: Acute care inpatient and outpatient. Must clock in and out at the facility. Shifts and scheduling: Typical day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, no self-scheduling option. Will consider 4-10 hour shifts with a random day off during the week. Weekend and holiday requirements: Not applicable. Dress code: Business casual or scrubs. Department-specific orientation: 1 week with an assigned mentor (3 days and then caseload). All clinicians must meet licensing and certification requirements.
