Details Specialty: Urology Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 36 Patient Care
Hours with 4 Admin Hours per week; clinic hours are 8:00am to :00pm
Call Schedule: Outpatient call support; Weeknight Call is 1:5,
Weekend Call is 1:8 Practice Detail: Join a well–established
collegial outpatient practice with one partner and support staff.
Robust primary care referral base. EMR System: EPIC Facility: St
Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton Location: Madison Street Clinic on the
St Elizabeth Hospital Campus This job location is not currently
located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or
Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage

looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician–Urology to
join our Urology Team. This is a great opportunity for the right
