Job Description Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Greek American Rehab & Care Center Greek American Rehab & Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team. This role is ideal for a flexible clinician who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function. Position Highlights: PRN / Consistent WEEK DAY HOURS AVAILABLE In-house therapy team Supportive, patient-centered environment Key Responsibilities: Evaluate residents to determine speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide skilled therapy services per physician orders Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely manner Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Current state SLP license CCC-SLP preferred Skilled nursing or rehab experience a plus Join a team dedicated to quality care and meaningful outcomes.
