creativity. Job Description: We are seeking a talented and
motivated Clinic Director who shares our vision for improving and
expanding access to quality mental health care. The ideal candidate
will be a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial
environment and is comfortable with the fast-paced, evolving
landscape of the industry. The Clinic Director will lead and grow a
mental health clinic that delivers high-quality, innovative, and
patient-centered services to individuals and families. They will
dedicate 60-80% of their time to client-facing work and use the
remaining 20-40% to oversee operations, assist with clinical
program development, and supervise therapists. As a key leader in
the organization, the Clinic Director will play a pivotal role in
the clinic’s success. A combination of strong clinical and

company, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: Client-Facing
(60-80% of time) Provide compassionate, evidence-based
psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your approach to each
individual's unique needs. Work collaboratively with clients, their
families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize
care. Contribute to the development and implementation of
innovative, personalized treatment experiences, leveraging
cutting-edge technology and novel therapies. Assist in developing
best practices to improve the client-therapist relationship and
overall client experience. Hiring, Training, and Staff Management
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff and
ensuring that they are properly licensed and credentialed Assess
ongoing development and training needs; conduct training as needed
Manage staff performance, holding each team member accountable to
meeting performance expectations Provide clinical oversight to the
clinic’s mental health practitioners and professionals, including
signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers Provide
1:1 consultation with therapy staff as needed to review
productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation Clinic Oversight
and Leadership Provide administrative oversight to support the
functioning of the clinic Develop and implement clinical programs
and services Collaborate with owner to implement strategies for
clinical efficiency Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and
office supplies Identify opportunities to improve client care,
quality, and effectiveness, and implement changes in collaboration
with owner Qualifications: Licensed to practice in the state of
Illinois (LCSW or LCPC) Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
post-licensure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven
ability to work independently and autonomously in managing clinical
operations Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic
modalities Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a
go-getter attitude ready to drive initiatives forward Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational
skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with a
proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage and supervise a
diverse team of clinical staff Strong commitment to Tides' mission
