looking for a caring, dependable, team-oriented person to be a Team

perfect fit for you! GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Create an
environment that enhances the well-being of residents and teamwork
· Participate in training of new staff · Serve as a resource to
staff, residents' and family members · Provide for the daily
physical care of residents and administer medications · Communicate
with pharmacy for re-orders of medications and assist with monthly
check in of medications · Monthly review of medication cart for
expired medication. · Review the assignment sheets and service plan
for each resident's care to ensure completion · Note changes in a
resident's condition and inform Administrator · Respond to
emergency situations, communicate and document as indicated ·
Assist residents during meals · Participate in on-call rotation
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS: · Excellent attendance record ·
Certified Nursing Assistant preferred and CBRF certifications
required · Minimum two years of caregiving and medication
administration experience · Previous leadership experience is a
