Job Description:

looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join
our Med Surg Cardiac team. In our mission to innovate healthcare

outcomes. This position is pivotal in managing patient care in the
medical-surgical cardiac unit, collaborating closely with
physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch
care tailored to the individual needs of our patients. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation
with healthcare professionals Administer medications, monitor
patient vitals, and record treatment progress Educate patients and
their families on disease processes, medical-surgical conditions,
and steps towards recovery Maintain a compassionate environment by
providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to
patients and families Ensure compliance with hospital practices and
policies and contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment
Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes while
effectively managing resources Strong clinical skills in a
medical-surgical setting Ability to monitor and administer
medications and treatment interventions Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Capability to handle stress and make critical
decisions in high-pressure situations Proficiency in using
healthcare software and patient databases Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support
(BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified Certification
in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN) preferred
