Job Description:

Ascension is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. Monitor and assess the condition of ICU patients and administer appropriate medical treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to formulate holistic treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Maintain patient records with accuracy and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in the development and implementation of ICU protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Strong clinical skills in an intensive care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make quick and accurate assessments of patient conditions under stressful conditions Proficiency in using electronic health record systems Capable of handling the emotional demands of high-stakes healthcare environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
