society. Provide routine and emergency health care to inmates as
per institutional policies Document all inmate interactions and
treatment as required by company protocols and legal requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide
comprehensive patient care Implement health care programs designed
to improve overall inmate health outcomes Conduct health screenings
and assessments to detect health issues early Stay updated with the
latest trends and best practices in correctional healthcare Strong
clinical skills Excellent communication abilities Proficiency in
electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work effectively
in high-stress and emergency situations Empathy and cultural
sensitivity Strong ethical standards and professionalism Medical
Insurance Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) CPR certified Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Experience in psychiatric
nursing or correctional healthcare is a plus
