Job Description:
Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse
(RN) to lead our medical team at Waushara County Jail, WI. The
Medical Team Administrator will oversee all aspects of healthcare
services within the facility, ensuring the provision of
high-quality, cost-effective medical care in line with our
commitment to innovation and excellence in correctional healthcare.
This role requires a proactive and compassionate leader who can
manage healthcare staff, coordinate with facility administration,
and ensure all healthcare practices comply with regulatory
standards. Manage and oversee all healthcare staff within the
facility. Plan and coordinate health services while ensuring
compliance with all applicable laws and standards. Develop and
implement healthcare policies and procedures. Conduct regular staff
meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are well-informed of
current standards and practices. Manage patient care planning and
case management efficiently. Collaborate with various departments
to integrate healthcare services seamlessly. Oversee the
administration of medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor
and ensure the quality of all medical records and reports. Strong
leadership and management skills Excellent organizational and
communication skills Ability to make quick and effective decisions
Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards High
proficiency in clinical skills and nursing protocols Medical
Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
